In 2020, as part of efforts to curb the spread of COVID-19, the Executive Director of the Environment and Tourism Support Initiative (EATS) donated a number of locally made face masks to the wife of the Sariki (community leader) of Nukuchi, in Bwari Area Council, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nigeria.

This gesture was part of EATS’s broader COVID-19 community support initiative, aimed at promoting health safety, encouraging preventive practices, and empowering vulnerable communities with essential protective resources during the pandemic.
