In celebration of Global Handwashing Day 2009, the Environment and Tourism Support Initiative (EATS) donated a fitted tap bucket to the Community Primary School in Umunohu, Amakohia, located in Ihitte-Uboma LGA, Imo State.

This outreach aimed to promote proper hand hygiene practices among school children and raise awareness on the importance of handwashing in preventing disease. The provision of a functional handwashing facility supports ongoing efforts to improve sanitation, hygiene education, and public health in rural schools.
