EATS INITIATIVE

In 2014, the Environment and Tourism Support Initiative (EATS) carried out a series of agricultural development activities in Shishimpe and Nukuchi communities within Bwari Area Council, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nigeria.

This initiative aimed to promote sustainable farming practices, improve food security, and support rural livelihoods through community-based agricultural training, capacity building, and environmentally friendly techniques. By integrating local knowledge with sustainable solutions, EATS helped foster long-term agricultural resilience in underserved rural areas.
